Shipping Rates
We ship to all 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses, via various Fulfillment Centers, each with its own shipping policy. For example, Amazon Prime Members receive free shipping according to their Terms and Conditions. In some cases, we also ship to foreign countries. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs, duties, and other fees at the destination country.
Returns
We accept returns for any Sigma Essentials products within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact the Fulfillment Center from which you purchased the products (e.g., Amazon) to initiate a return. Items must be returned in a sellable condition and in their original packaging.
Once your return is received, it will be processed, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please contact the customer service of the Fulfillment Center where you purchased the product for a replacement or refund.
Please do not dispose of defective or damaged items until you have discussed the situation with a customer service agent, as we may need photos of the issue.
Shipping Terms
SIGMA ESSENTIALS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. SIGMA ESSENTIALS will not replace or refund an order if the package is missing. If the package shows delivered, but a package has not been picked up, please contact your shipping carrier to conduct a lost package search or to take advantage of any available shipping insurance they may offer. Please note SIGMA ESSENTIALS does not provide shipping insurance.
Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
As an added layer of security, request signature on delivery for online orders. We encourage you to exercise this option if you are concerned with the security of your delivery.
